mill-road.com offers a web site providing dynamic, updateable
advertising space for traders, organisations and individuals in the Mill Road
area of Cambridge. An annual subscription fee entitles members to provide
detailed information about their businesses on the site, and have it updated
periodically during the term of their subscription.
All information supplied by members must comply with these Terms
and Conditions, with the mill-road.com Acceptable Use Policy and with all other
policies concerning web based information which are posted on the mill-road.com
website and may be updated from time to time. Members must sign to agree their
compliance before a subscription is accepted.
The subscription period is one year, starting from the date of
payment. Subscriptions cost £100 per year, are payable in advance and
non-refundable. New members' sites will be activated once their first year's
subscription is received. Invoices will be issued for repeat billing
approximately 28 days before the current subscription period lapses. A standard
period of 28 days will be allowed for settlement of invoices.
In the event of non-payment of an invoice, the member's area of
the site will not receive updates until the outstanding account is settled. If
after a further 28 days, the account remains unsettled, it will be assumed that
the member wishes to cancel their subscription, and their pages will be removed
from mill-road.com.
Members agree that their subscription money will go in part
towards paying for the costs of developing and hosting the web site, and in
part towards activities that the mill-road.com committee feels are in keeping
with the stated aims of the project.
The mill-road.com administrators are always available through the
"Contact Us" email on the website to answer any queries arising from this or
any other mill-road.com policy.
